Position:
The Office Manager serves as a key team member assisting in the overall coordination of EnviroSafe Demil (ESD) office activities at the Hooks, TX facility. Office Manager responsibilities include daily interaction with Company Management, Employees, Government Agencies, Contractors, Customers, and Visitors. This role will be forward-facing with customer and government interactions occurring on a routine basis. Other key responsibilities will include: sales support, inventory accountability, bookkeeping, accounts payable/accounts receivable activities, assisting with certain HR functions, maintaining visitor and customer logs, and upholding company standards of professionalism and superb service. Works closely with executives and management to coordinate and schedule various company activities. Must have a strong inclination for continuous improvement supporting company growth and a proactive mindset towards problem solving. Must be friendly, courteous, and a highly effective communicator. An outgoing, positive thinking, and proactive person is the ideal candidate for this position.
Responsibilities:
Position: Material Handlers needed to perform hands-on, manual, technical, and mechanically assisted duties involved with the receipt, inspection, storage, destruction, sorting, and recovery of materials recycled from ammunition and munition items and/or components. This position will also be tasked with testing, inspection, and maintenance of systems associated with supporting these tasks. The Material Handler will perform warehousing duties involving stock movement into or out of storage locations, physical inventory, disassembly, warehouse arrangement, accessibility, clean, repair, rework, inspect, test, load, package, move, or mark any material items or components, as well as safely operating company vehicles. This role will have opportunities for advancement. This position will be initially based out of our Hooks, TX facility.

Field Supervisors need to lead and perform hands-on, manual, technical, and mechanically assisted duties involved with the receipt, inspection, and destruction of materials in the field utilizing ESD proprietary systems at remote locations. This position will also be tasked with testing, inspection, and maintenance of systems associated with supporting these tasks. The Field Supervisor will perform field leadership of a crew whose duties involve movement of materials into or out of storage locations, physical inventory, processing of material according to procedures and inspection of processed materials for disposal. Required to have a valid driver’s license to safely operate company vehicles and equipment. This role will have opportunities for advancement. This position will be initially based out of our Hooks, TX facility for training followed by field deployment for remote projects across the country.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
· Leadership Experience in the defense industry related to Arms, Ammunition, & Explosives (AA&E) and/or prior military experience preferred.
· Must have or be capable of achieving HAZWOPER 40 Hour certification
· Experience with EOD/UXO operations is desired but not a disqualification
· Must be a clear and concise communicator.
· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Driver's License in good standing
· Must be able to obtain and maintain HAZWOPER 40 hour certification
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
· Certified forklift operator preferred
· Must be able to must pass background check
· Must be able to obtain and maintain required training in accordance with Company requirements
· Management and/or leadership experience required
